She Shed Living is proud to offer the most unique and gorgeous sheds for women throughout Southern California. These sheds are designed with you in mind. In fact, each client takes part in the design process, as little or as much as she likes. The result is a piece of functional art, to be enjoyed as a gardening shed, artist studio, homebased business, meditation space or party central.
Are you thinking about a she shed just for you? We are happy to share our ideas, options and budget-friendly ways to get started. We will work with you to create a design to meet your vision and budget. Some of the styles of sheds we offer are cottage style with shiplap siding and pretty windows, zen-inspired modern sheds or the rustic look of natural wood sheds. The sheds we design are made with new materials or reclaimed lumber, salvaged barn wood and metal paneling; things that may have been burned or thrown into the landfill otherwise. We believe the right amount of doors and windows are key to the design of the shed. Our sheds are installed in one day and can be painted with our own special exterior chalk-based paint, She Shades. Vintage doors and windows make our sheds stand out, or we can supply newer materials that offer a modern aesthetic.
Here’s how it works:
- Look at our gallery of designs and see what speaks to you.
- Make an appointment to talk to us. We are available via email, phone and in person at our gallery in Laguna Hills. We’ll discuss backyard site options, size, budget and create a plan for all four walls and roof.
- Sign the order and send it off to start the building process.
- Prepare your flat foundation (we can help with that!) Some of our sheds will not require anything but solid, level ground.
- Wait a few weeks (usually 4-6) and get your shed, either built onsite (a full day) or installed wall by wall (4-6 hours).
